Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for the Spring applications. Triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve customer application issues. Communicate solutions directly to customers.
- Ensure the smooth and effective operation of Spring applications. Monitor deployment and production processes.
- Assist the Application Support team in developing new SR and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Proficient in Spring application development using XML configuration.
- Proficient in Java / J2EE.
- On Hands experience in Spring batch.
- Proficient in developing the rest services.
- Good to have knowledge on Spring boot.
- Familiarity with databases mainly oracle or MS SQL.
- Hands on experience in deployments, builds using Maven, Jenkins
- Proactive Problem-Solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with application servers like WebLogic, J-boss
- Experience with Tech Stack such as GCC, AWS, Azure.
- AWS cloud knowledge.
