Position Summary
BEA is seeking a suitable candidate to join the continuous transformation of Bank's Procure-to-Pay governance and support. In particular, the candidate is to lead initiatives for its Payment team to repurpose team roles, enhance staff capabilities, manage internal stakeholders and external supplier relations, operationalize support services for third party payments, staff reimbursements, and asset records, etc.

In particular, the candidate is to lead initiatives for its Payment team to repurpose team roles, enhance staff capabilities, manage internal stakeholders and external supplier relations, operationalize support services for third party payments, staff reimbursements, and asset records, etc.
Responsibilities
- Act as Team Lead for Payment
- Deliver timely settlement for voluminous third party payment requests
- Manage risks and controls to enhance compliance with regulated and internal governance
- Drive data capabilities for team to enhance team and partners productivity
- Champion ongoing transformation of procure-to-pay processes.
- Manage suppliers and internal partners to deliver transformation of operation model.
Requirements
- University graduate major in accounting or related discipline
- Solid experience in payment management or financial accounts
- A team leader with integrity, good communication skills, management skills and risk awareness
- A change leader with strong transformation mindset and resilience to influence stakeholders and partners
- Prior experience in managing cross-border support with suppliers and internal partners preferred
- Professional qualification in accounting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (including Cantonese) and English
