This position is responsible for-
  • Document preparation for set-up of trust structures, liaising with stakeholders for smooth implementation and timely follow-ups.
  • Administration of the team such as facilitating risk reviews, tracking performance, inventory management etc.
Specific scope of work includes:-
  • Prepare documentation for set-up of trust structures, submission to internal stakeholders and timely follow-up until set-up
  • Perform Risk Management reviews as guided by the Bank's Risk Management teams. These may include semi-annual and annual reviews, business continuity testing etc.
  • Assist with KPI metrics management and tracking- simple working level knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be required
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects relating to improving administrative efficiency
  • Proactively build strong and trusting partnerships with internal stakeholders in servicing set-up of wealth planning structures

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma or Tertiary Education
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Track record of administrative experience in wealth and trust planning
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with a diversified client base.
  • Ability to work as an independent self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide cross section of stakeholders
