High-Net-Worth Services offers a comprehensive suite of fee-based planning services and additional high-net-worth focused capabilities to help LPL advisors win and serve high-net-worth investors with more complex needs. Our human-led, tech-enabled services help our advisors deliver great financial advice and run thriving businesses. The team focuses on advanced planning cases (i.e. business planning, executive compensation, special needs planning), estate planning analysis and review (i.e. trust reviews, SLATS, charitable gifting strategies), and tax planning analysis (i.e. researching tax codes, reducing tax liabilities, analyzing corporate tax structures, etc.).
Job Overview:
In support of advisors and their affluent/mass affluent clients, the Associate, High-Net-Worth Services role will be a dedicated resource supporting the delivery of advanced financial plans, tax plans, and/or estate plans. In this support role, the Associate will provide case management support, help take and decipher client notes, assist in the creation of plan summaries, and help prepare our subject matter experts (SMEs) with presenting plans to advisors.

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the client data-gathering process
- Help prepare SME's for advisor/client meetings
- Take meticulous notes during advisor/client meetings and be able to articulate notes back to SMEs
- Help manage SME's case loads
- Be proactive in interacting and following up with advisors on cases in process
- Help create deliverables for SMEs
- Provide basic data input into appropriate software
- Research ad-hoc financial planning questions as necessary to further support our Advisors and their clients.
What are we looking for?

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience within a financial planning environment
- Bachelor's degree
Core Competencies:
- MS Office experience
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment encompassing multiple disciplines and product lines
Preferences:
- CFP® designation in process or desire to obtain within 2-3 years
- Familiar with eMoney advisor/Holistiplan
- Personal financial planning knowledge and an understanding of financial services products and solutions
Pay Range:
$81,300.00 - $135,500.00
