Responsibilities

Lead the Finance Team
Responsible for the full spectrum of financial related matters and projects
Handle overall financial management matters, including financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, management accounting, asset & liability management for the Bank
Maintain effective internal control and strict compliance with local law, corporate governance, and corporate accounting policies and guidelines, including formulate and update different kind of policies
Responsible for the treasury function
Negotiate with bank for credit lines or other financial services as required and appropriate
Monitor the liquid capital and prepare the FRR and ensure timely submission to SFC
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, head quarter and other subsidiaries etc.
Prepare and handle the head quarter reporting and enquires
Perform the system migration as required and appropriate
Oversee all tax related requirements
Ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in full functions of accounting and financial planning, financial industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant is a must, HKICPA is preferred
• Strong knowledge of SFC regulatory requirement, accounting standards, financial markets and compliance knowledge
• Demonstrate analytical skills and proactive communication
• A multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player and strong leadership skill
