Full-Time, Permanent Position (Monday to Friday, standard business hours)

Location: Melbourne (flexible working arrangements)

Start date: February 2024

Your new role

You will be supporting and guiding customers throughout each step of their home loan journey. You will provide excellent customer service for people that are saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property.

Investing time and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure they have a seamless experience

Build strong relations with a network of brokers, solicitors, and previous customers to generate referrals and more business for the branch

Ensure mortgage file compliance is always met

Coaching, supporting, and mentoring the team

What you'll need to succeed

Lending experience in a financial organisation with home loan expertise is essential.

Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations related to home loans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outgoing and people-centric approach

Effective time management skills

Degree in finance or business (preferred, but not essential)
