A globally operating company in the metal industry is seeking a Controller (80%-100%) to support their Finance Shared Service Center, covering both their Swiss and German plants

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard cost calculations, including material master data reviews and setting annual rates.
• Prepare monthly plant closures and variance analysis.
• Manage cost controlling, cost center management, and allocation cycles.
• Conduct profitability analyses and monitor gross profit margins.
• Collaborate with operations and management as a business partner.
• Optimize value flows, processes, and systems (SAP S/4).
• Develop budgets and forecasts.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration or financial qualification; expertise in controlling.
• Experience in plant controlling within manufacturing, SAP FI/CO knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and proficient in IT tools.
• Team player with a solution-oriented, customer-focused approach.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2-C1).
