Management Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established retail/distribution business based in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to a dynamic organisation while advancing their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports.
• Conducting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to optimise financial performance.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Professionally qualified or part-qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Previous experience within the retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial systems.
• A proactive and professional approach to work.
