Management Accountant - £40,000 - £45,000pa - Northamtpon Job Opportunity: Management Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Management Accountant looking for their next opportunity in an established, fast growing buisness based in Northampton. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by supporting the Finance Manager with preparation of full management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing full management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reviewing and analysing variances to budget and presenting findings to senior finance leaders.
• Preparing annual budgets and contributing to budget-setting meetings.
• Monitoring performance trends and variances, offering insights to improve results.
• Producing accurate monthly investor reports.

About You:

• ACCA/CIMA Qualifed or Part Qualified.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong relationship-building skills with operational teams.
• A proven ability to enhance financial performance and improve systems and processes.
• A detail-oriented, deadline-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a team.
