Their products, ranging from desktop monitors to large format displays and touchscreen solutions, serve a variety of markets including business, home use, and gaming. The company operates in multiple European countries, with a branch in Asia.

Functie
  • Reporting on Aged AR status to the Credit Manager
  • Handling cash allocation, incoming payments, and account discrepancies
  • Managing customer and internal stakeholder queries related to Accounts Receivable
  • Keeping customer master data updated and creating new customer setups
  • Processing customer credit and debit notes, including reconciliation of major accounts (e.g., large online retailers)
  • Contacting customers via email for remittance advice and payment reconciliation
  • Contributing to the achievement of Accounts Receivable performance and quality standards
  • Participating in Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives
  • Performing other finance-related duties as required


Profiel
  • At least 3+ years of relevant financial accounting experience in a small to medium-sized company
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially MS Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. French is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam area)
  • Available 40 hours a week
