Service Line Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our Advisory Innovation Lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI solutions that support our innovative AI initiatives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Research, Development & Innovation

• Conduct research on cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies.
• Develop prototypes and Proof-of-Concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of new ideas.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies to push boundaries of what AI can achieve.

Implementation, Management & Deployment

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models using AI techniques.
• Deploy AI models into production environments.

Presentation & Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientist and product manager.
• Collaborate with Clients to integrate AI solutions.
• Communicate results and ideas in a clear manner with creative data visualization.

Experience & Background

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or equivalents. (In some cases, a Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience may be acceptable.)
• With around 4 - 5 years of experiences in this area with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying data-driven solutions.
• Solid programming skills with proficiency in Python or R (knowledge of SQL or other programming languages would be a plus).
• Experience in using machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including fine-tuning, transfer learning, and RAG methods.
• Experience in building applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Llama Index
• Strong knowledge in data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience in building AI models at scale, deploying software in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and managing/processing large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex results to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise language.
• Financial domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
