Overview
My client, a well-known bank with a strong presence in Asia, is seeking a Senior Associate in Group Management Reporting. This role is crucial in preparing and optimizing group reporting and management reports, ensuring that the bank's financial performance is accurately represented and effectively communicated.

Responsibilities
In this position, you will leverage your financial expertise while collaborating with various teams to deliver accurate and insightful reporting. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing regular group and management reports, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Developing comprehensive group forecast reports to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Assisting in the enhancement of group reporting processes and management reports for improved efficiency.
  • Supporting clerical tasks, including document preparation in both Chinese and English, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Contributing to system implementations, including drafting user requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Taking on ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed to support the team's objectives.


Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in bank accounting or audit roles.
  • Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A solid understanding of banking operations will be beneficial.
  • Proficient in Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Familiarity with common PC applications, including Chinese input, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
