Your New RoleIn this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of delivering important management accounting and financial performance reporting. You will manage multi-year financial modelling and lead budget and forecast planning efforts. Your expertise will also be crucial in implementing robust financial processes and systems to ensure smooth and effective operations within the organisation. Ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement will be a key aspect of your role.
What You'll Need to Succeed

Extensive experience providing financial insights to inform decision-making.

Proven track record overseeing finances within large, complex organisations.

Expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and managing important projects.

Up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation, regulations, and accounting standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage high-level functions with conflicting priorities.

Understanding of policies, procedures and commitment to organisational values.

Postgraduate qualifications and CPA or CA qualifications are desirable.

Experience in the Defence industry is highly regarded.
