Your New RoleAs a Finance Business Partner, you will report to the Team Leader of Management Reporting & Analysis and work with a high degree of autonomy. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality management accounting, reporting, and analysis to various divisions within the organisation. This includes providing specialist financial business planning, modelling, reporting, analysis, and advice to support the organisation's strategic goals and investment decisions.
What You'll Need to Succeed

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, management reporting, and financial accounting services in complex environments.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Cognos TM1 and Power BI is highly desirable.

Knowledge of finance-related accounting standards and legislation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver client-centric results.

An Accounting degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training. A CPA or CA qualification is desirable.
