Treasury Manager (50% of travel, and possible relocation after 2nd year)

A market leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their fast-growing and dynamic business. Note that this role entails travelling around 50% of the time, and will possible relocation after the second year.

This is an individual contributor role, whereby you will drive all treasury activities for Singapore and China. Key responsibilities include reviewing and revamping Treasury processes to ensure seamless integration across departments. This involves developing a strategic treasury management framework, optimizing the firm's capital structure, and driving efficiency. You will be supporting key areas pertaining to loan financing, such as structuring financing solutions and developing a concrete funding plan. In regards to financial risk management, you will develop a comprehensive risk management framework and manage key risks such as FX, interest rates, liquidity, and funding.

The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance and be CA/CPA certified. You should have at least 8-10 years of relevant regional treasury background in MNC set up, with experience in risk management and corporate financing. You are strong in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
