Role Responsibilities

The Finance Staff will have the responsibility of supporting the finance department.

• Generation and Printing of Sales Invoice
• Follow up of AR collection
• Sales invoice adjustments
• Deposit of Collection
• Prepare OR (Record in Oracle)
• Reconcile Accounts with customers
• Collect & reconcile CWT received against records per books
• Allocate customer payment in Blackline
• Prepare daily cash report
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Encode CWT in BIR Alphalist System
• Update BIR for 2305 and encode changes in MS Access
• Prepare Journal Entries
• Filing of Withholding Taxes
• Prepare daily revenue report
• Review and audit staff claims in Concur.

Person Specification

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any related course
• With good communication skills oral and written
• Able to achieve high standards and is proactive and uses initiative when problems arise
• Resilient under pressure and does not let setbacks affect performance.
• Seeks opportunities to master new knowledge and pursues self-development
• Demonstrates an understanding of new information
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity and professionalism.
• Microsoft applications software e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook etc. (essential).
• Work based experience in a similar role (essential)
