Outsourcing specialist - DORA implementation

We are looking for one of our client, a private bank based in Geneva, an Outsourcing Specialist for a one year contract.
In collaboration with the Procurement & Outsourcing team, the individual will play a vital role in various sourcing initiatives and outsourcing activities.

Responsabilities

• Assist in the management and execution of procurement initiatives.
• Provide support for Outsourcing/reglementation related tasks, ensuring that all processes are thoroughly documented and validated.
• Oversee and document supplier Due Diligence, including "Know Your Supplier" (KYS) requirements.
• Facilitate and record annual evaluations of critical service providers.
• Assist Service Owners in conducting Risk Assessments.
• Engage in contract negotiations
• Aid in updating and maintaining the Register of outsourced and ICT services.

Profile :

• Background in Financial Outsourcing, Procurement and legal would be an asset
• Possess a strong team spirit, dynamic approach, and a commitment to rigor and precision.
• Languages : French and English
