The primary responsibility of the Revenue Assurance Analyst is to work with data from various sources to analyse, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions. The Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of Revenue Assurance processes to minimise revenue leakage and ensure compliance with the master services agreement.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a passion for numbers and a commitment to excellence and will become a champion on all revenue assurance matters and have full visibility of revenue and costs as well as understanding the impact of this from site data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of revenue assurance processes
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue assurance tests to ensure that all revenue assurance processes are conducted systematically
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies
  • Suggest corrective actions for data discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve revenue related issues promptly
  • Update documentation regularly to reflect any changes or updates in the revenue assurance processes
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to revenue leakage and enhance revenue
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline revenue processes and improve efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify errors or inconsistencies ensuring linkage between revenue, ground leases and CAPEX
  • Become a champion of data impact on Property Opex revenue, cost and margin

Ideally, You'll Have:
  • Part-qualified CIMA / ACCA with relevant experience
  • Experience in working with ambiguous data from multiple sources
  • A grasp of financial accounting to accurately interpret how data influences financial outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguous data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work accurately to deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
