About This Job
Specialist supports Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and Treasury services by performing data input and processing transactions in compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. In addition, this individual will conduct investigations and execute on solutions for any issues as instructed.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable responsibilities, 2 and 3 way matching using Oracle
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Ensures accuracy of vouchers for coding to correct branch, department and account
• Manage vendor discrepancies for timely resolutions and payments
• Ensures that weekly payment runs go smoothly with various payment types and multiple currencies
• Travel and Expense reporting review
• Provides problems and invoice resolution assistance to vendors and internal business partners
• Works with General Ledger team as necessary
• Vendor Maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related
• 1+ experience in account payable
