We are currently working with a well known business based in the South West that are looking for an interim financial accountant to join them for 9-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare and review technical accounting papers for senior management.
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts and manage external audits.
- Lead the implementation of new accounting standards.
- Provide technical advice on complex financial transactions.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve reporting processes.
Additional Info
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and consolidation.
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a technical or financial accounting role, ideally in a multinational or retail environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Based in the South West
- Hybrid working
