Our client is a Global Investment Management firm headquartered in America. Due to continued growth and success, they are recruiting an Investment Analyst to maintain and assist in daily investment operations.

Working in a rapidly developing environment with an exposure to various investment strategies and investment data, the Investment Analyst will take responsibility for the following:
  • Conduct daily reconciliations and ensure accurate input of data into the company's investment database
  • Assist in analyzing data trends and identifying movements in portfolio balances
  • Review and validate daily transactions, positions, and valuation data
  • Monitor data flows into the database, identifying any discrepancies
  • Engage with internal teams to share updates on daily processes
  • Build foundational knowledge in investment operations including collateral, corporate actions, securities lending, trade management & ETF Operations
  • Key role in maintaining the company's Investment Book of Records


The Investment Analyst will meet the following criteria:
  • 1 year of experience in asset management or financial operations
  • Recent graduate with bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic financial software; prior exposure to investment systems or asset management tools is an advantage
  • High accuracy in data input and reconciliation
  • Basic analytical skills to monitor data trends and identify potential discrepancies
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support cross-functional partners
  • Effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
