Working in a rapidly developing environment with an exposure to various investment strategies and investment data, the Investment Analyst will take responsibility for the following:
- Conduct daily reconciliations and ensure accurate input of data into the company's investment database
- Assist in analyzing data trends and identifying movements in portfolio balances
- Review and validate daily transactions, positions, and valuation data
- Monitor data flows into the database, identifying any discrepancies
- Engage with internal teams to share updates on daily processes
- Build foundational knowledge in investment operations including collateral, corporate actions, securities lending, trade management & ETF Operations
- Key role in maintaining the company's Investment Book of Records
The Investment Analyst will meet the following criteria:
- 1 year of experience in asset management or financial operations
- Recent graduate with bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic financial software; prior exposure to investment systems or asset management tools is an advantage
- High accuracy in data input and reconciliation
- Basic analytical skills to monitor data trends and identify potential discrepancies
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support cross-functional partners
- Effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
