Job Description
As Finance Manager , you will oversee financial operations, support key partners, and lead a talented team. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing billing processes, including EU projects and compliance with financial programs
- Overseeing accounting tasks such as payments, salaries, accruals, and balance sheet reviews
- Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, ensuring training and performance excellence
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to analyze profitability, manage performance, and provide financial insights
- Preparing annual accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with tax and VAT regulations
- Developing and maintaining budgets, rate updates, and performance tracking for partners
- Ensuring accurate financial systems management and day-to-day operational excellence
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional who brings a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 8-10 years in finance, accounting, or a similar managerial role
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting
- Excellent knowledge of VAT, tax regulations, and compliance processes
- Familiarity with finance systems
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for team development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive change and manage finance transformation projects
