Banking Operations Manager / Senior Manager

Your future team

Our Banking Consulting department is providing consulting services to banks in Luxembourg on regulatory, transformation and systems implementation projects. To reinforce our management team, we are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager with previous consulting experience and a solid banking background, especially a strong knowledge of banking operations. If you have been involved on projects dealing with securities, payments, collateral, lending or treasury departments, you will obviously be interested in joining the team and deliver projects to our banking clients.

Your next challenge

• Delivering projects on Banking related topics
• Developing new service offers around your own expertise
• Coaching consultants to develop further banking operations capabilities
• Creating new services for banking clients willing to outsource part of their operations to Deloitte
• Collaborating with other Deloitte Member Firms in EMEA on large scale projects

Your skills

• You have a Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, etc.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience.
• You have a previous experience in Consulting (internal consulting of a Bank or in a consulting firm)
• You have already delivered project(s) with high quality standards, managed and coached a team, given/received direct feedbacks, and managed client relationships
• You have previously demonstrated leadership competencies and you are recognized by your peers
• You are keen to continue developing your professional in a fast-pace environment
• You speak French and English. Any other language is considered as an asset.
