HR internship - sourcing and recruitment team (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

The HR trainee takes part to the missions of the sourcing and Recruitment team, and assists other teams in their daily tasks and monitoring.

Your next challenge

• Be the first point of contact for our customer queries via phone, web chat and email providing high quality advice and guidance.
• Support in producing Powerpoint slides deck on various HR topics.
• Participate in elaboration of internal HR communications.
• Schedule and organize meetings (integration, exit, long term leaves, performance process, ...).
• Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within HR Services, as required.
• Maintain the HR systems up-to-date on a daily basis
• Be a key contact for our new joiners

Your skills

• The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Experience of working in an administrative role
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Show a high level of integrity in handling confidential data
• Be a true team player
• Good command in French and English
