Assistant Finance Manager

Job duties:

• Responsible for full set of accounts and daily operations, prepare financial statements, and ensure FRR reports are aligning with FRR standards.
• Handle daily/monthly FRR and ensure strict compliance in meeting the liquid capital requirements and client money rules (Type 1, 4).
• Responsible for monthly financial report, communicate and work closely with headquarter for group reporting.
• Analyse the financial positions and performance and provide value adding information to the group finance team.
• Advise on accounting and finance related regulatory matters for new products & business flows, communicate and work closely various functions in the organisation.
• Evaluate and implement robust internal controls and efficient accounting process.
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues.
• Responsible for the annual budget, planning, forecasting, and monthly operational review report.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Finance industry (Prefer in SFC Licensed Corp)
• Have knowledge of handling FRR reporting and SFC preparation is a must
• Familiar with SFC standards and License 1,4 & 9
• CPA holder and audit firm experience is preferred
• Experience with structure product accounting treatment is highly preferred
