One of our clients in Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a senior consultant administrator for the private equity team.
The team specializes in delivering Fund Administration and Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Transfer Agency Services to clients.

- Duration: 6+ month contract
- Location: Leudelange, Luxembourg (at least 3 days per week)

This role offers the successful candidate the chance to enhance their knowledge and expertise in a dynamic and varied client environment while coll abor ating with niche asset managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess a strong understanding of various alternative fund structures in Luxembourg, including their regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to address and resolve daily issues.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and deliverables of the administration team, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are consistently met.
- Review and approve the team's daily deliverables and tasks, including but not limited to client and investor onboarding, capital calls and distributions, cash management, and handling client and investor queries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, implementing relevant processes and controls within the administration team.
- Perform oversight reviews of work performed by outsourced locations, ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the company's client servicing model and demonstrate this in daily activities.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coll abor ate with other departments and external parties such as AIFMs, auditors, and tax advisors to address and resolve arising issues.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven knowledge and experience in Private Equity Fund Administration.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work within required timeframes.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong team player.
- Familiarity with Investran would be an advantage.
