As they continue to expand, they are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Management Accountant to join the team in London. The Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the finance function in-house. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the timely preparation of accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. You will also help implement and maintain effective financial systems and processes to support the company's rapid expansion.

- Supporting the transition to in-house financial operations and overseeing the development of robust financial controls.
- Analysing financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing recommendations.
- Liaising with external accountants and auditors as needed.
- Contributing to strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, growing business.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management.
