A US Tax Practice is recruiting for a Tax Assistant Manager to join the US/UK dual handling team, where you'll support Managers/Directors with advisory work, and develop your leadership skills by supervising junior team members.

This is a smaller yet well established team with a growing number of clients, those of which will provide you with excellent, wide ranging exposure to a variety of client work, as well as a solid a mix of compliance and advisory work.

As a Tax Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Actively manage your own client list, ensuring US and UK personal tax compliance requirements are met
  • Work closely with Managers and the Director regarding advisory projects
  • Continue to build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek to identify opportunities for business development from new and existing clients
  • Supervising juniors, delegating work, performance reviews
  • Reviewing tax returns and work of junior members

Our client is seeking an individual who is ATT and EA qualified (or finalist/studying in either), who has experience managing their own client list and is currently operating as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor.
