Functie
- Overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG-related "non-financial" data;
- Providing support to external audits of ESG related data of HES Group and terminals;
- Liaising with HES' terminals on a regular basis to assist them in various ESG related questions;
- Overseeing HES' ESG reporting tool "Position Green" , driving further improvements, primary contact with the support partner;
- Ensuring the company's operations align with ESG standards and assists in regulatory compliance related to CSRD;
- Providing support to the development of HES' ESG strategy. Developing, or suggesting new KPI's for ESG performance.
Profiel
- Business or Master's degree in business/finance, or a scientific background;
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience, in an audit, financial or ESG controlling role at Group level;
- Experience with Non-financial reporting (GRI, CSRD) is considered a plus;
- Intrinsic drive to further design and develop sustainability reporting taking into account various stakeholders and a changing compliance environment;
- Analytical mindset, able to understand complex business processes, transform data into information;
- Assessing and improving data quality. Mindful on audit trail and procedures, make data audit proof;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Dutch language skills would be an asset;
- Self-starting, proactive, hands-on, cooperative and pragmatic;
- Willingness to visit our national and international terminals periodically.
