Overview

KPMG China's US Corporate Tax Services (US Tax) is a service line based in our Hong Kong office. The primary directive of US Tax is to provide our client service teams with real-time, market-facing support regarding all US tax matters to compete effectively and win in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
  • Provide all-round administrative support to the Department.
  • Prepare risk management documents for the Department to facilitate client engagements setup.
  • Assist the team to get the engagement approval and follow the process through the system which include update data and upload documents.
  • Create engagement reports from raw data using excel to facilitate weekly review of the Department's financial performance.
  • Handle and finalize business correspondence, expenses claims and events management.
  • Prepare business weekly reports and coordinate to obtain relevant reports from the share domain.
  • Prepare and initiate drafting for the engagement letters.
  • Assist daily office operation (preparation and submission of documents to the clients and Government Departments).
  • Assist ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualification
  • University graduate in any degree with math majors preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); excellent Excel skills is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written, Mandarin an advantage.
  • Stable, detail oriented and extremely organized with great analytical skills
