Responsibilities

1. Enhance financial internal controls by conducting process reviews, business research, and data-driven analysis, with a focus on optimizing expenditure processes.
2. Drive the success of Internal Control (IC) maturity assessment initiatives by managing critical project tasks and ensuring seamless execution.
3. Support English communication and documentation to facilitate collaboration and business operations efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
2. Proficient in English with strong coordination and communication skills.
3. Skilled in Excel, SQL, and Python, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in project management and analysis. Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to approach challenges from both macro and micro perspectives.
