They are committed to providing high-quality services and assisting clients in maximising their value under complex business circumstances.

Your new role

• Conducting valuations for transaction deals and financial reporting purposes, including purchase price allocation, in accordance with HKFRS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Participating in M&A advisory, financial modelling, and various business consulting projects.
• Developing and analysing financial models and business information.
• Gathering data and performing market research.
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentation materials for potential valuation opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification in Accounting (e.g. HKICPA / ACCA) or CFA would be an advantage;
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, audit or valuation-related position. Experience in an international valuation firm would be a plus.
