The Role:

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis and Planning as well as hands-on experience with Service Now. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvements ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
  • Execute root cause analysis during problematic situations to detect corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
  • Develop Business case scenarios that meet the real customers need within the scope time and financial frameworks.
  • Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Assesses the risks of various solutions and effectively communicates every scenario to the customer.
  • Closely work with QA team in the understating of all possible test case scenarios.
  • Performing high-level analysis to determine feasibility the cost benefit of a request product solution and produce required documentation.
  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions
To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
  • 8-12 years of Business Analyst experience required
  • Experience in end to end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules
  • 1-2 years of previous ServiceNow Business Analyst experience required
