Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.
- Author the Technical Design Specification.
- Contribute to key deployment documentation.
- Develop custom configuration code without modify standard platform/ base product (if any.)
- Develop and document regression, as well as use case and unit testing scenarios.
- Define and monitor compliance with code check[1]in, backup / recovery, and versioning processes.
- Participate in testing and validation of the integration.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer process.
- Manage Envisioning client workshops, User Research (planning, execution and reporting), Personas / Scenarios / Journey Maps, Interaction Flows & Sitemaps, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Usability Testing.
