FP&A Manager
Insurance Broker
Dublin/Hybrid
€75,000 - €85,000
Gresham Hunt are pleased to be supporting a well respected Insurance Broker headquartered in Dublin on their search for an FP&A Manager to join their team. This is a highly commercial role reporting into the Head of FP&A, liaising with other departmental heads to support growth.
As a result of the acquisitive nature of this business the successful FP&A Manager will also be responsible for modelling to support all acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial and commercial decision-making support across various business functions as needed.
Support the annual budgeting process by preparing detailed budgets and rolling reforecast models, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive financial models to assist in due diligence and the creation of investment theses for evaluating M&A opportunities.
Continuously enhance the annual budgeting model for the profit and loss statement, cash flow, and balance sheet.
To success in this role you will require:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post qualified experience
Excellent modelling skills; ability to build and maintain models with experience of handling large data sets
Experience working either in Insurance or a PE backed organisation.
