JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.\n\nThis role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.\n\nTogether, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into Real_Estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.\n\nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n• Conduct market research and analysis\n• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations\n• Support the due diligence process\n• Monitor the performance of existing investments \n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n• Gain strong understanding of data centre investment life cycle\n• Understand drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for deals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:\n• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real_Estate, finance, economics, or a related field.\n• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n• Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends.\n\n#LI-LG1
