JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.\n\nThis role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.\n\nTogether, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into Real_Estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.\n\nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n• Assisting routine portfolio management activities\n• Assisting development and implementation of value creation projects\n• Assisting ESG and sustainability initiatives \n• Assisting financial model update and asset valuation \n\nLearning Outcomes:\n• Understand how to invest and manage infrastructure assets\n• Understand how to find ways to improve returns to investors\n• Understand the tools and initiatives to deliver long term ESG targets including decarbonization and climate change risk management

Job Requirements:\n• Self-motivated and resourceful team player, with the ability to work under limited supervision.\n• Task-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment\n• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills\n\n#LI-LG1
