Functie
As a Finance Business Strategy and operations a.i. you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Oversee projects that span multiple departments or leadership areas.
• Create and implement commercial and operational strategies.
• Analyze business problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Present solutions and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of approved projects
• Developing and presenting business proposals to key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the NL leadership and UK group teams.
• Delivering end-to-end project solutions, from scoping to execution.

Profiel

• Strong financial skill set.
• Proven project and change management experience.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
• High numeracy and strategic thinking.
