We are seeking a dedicated Group Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial and administrative operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, treasury management, and HR administration.
Job Description
- Develop and oversee annual financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Consolidate financial reports from multiple countries and ensure timely reporting to the Executive Committee.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow, currency conversions, and funding allocations across international offices.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations and support audits for legal entities.
- Handle payroll coordination across multiple countries, collaborating with local advisors.
- Support the transition to new financial software tools and processes.
- Act as the liaison with multinational clients, stakeholders, and network members to maintain excellent communication and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in finance and management. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Engineering - or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Proven expertise in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
- A track record of optimizing processes and driving efficiency improvements.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch being a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders globally.
- Analytical and a detail-oriented mindset.
