For an international company in Eindhoven we are looking for an Internal Controls Specialist. This company is the world's leading travel retailer, their Financial Shared Services Center is located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The Financial Shared Services Center is the heart of the financial data which is collected from all around the world.

Functie
Ensure the local implementation/maintenance of the Workiva supported ICFR process in compliance with PCAOB standards Supporting control executers/ owners from inside the SSC as well as stakeholders from within the SSC captured international environment, to ensure compliance with ICFR requirements

• Acting as a SSC representative on the ICFR process
• Liaise between the External Auditors and Global ICFR Team / Local Management and Control Owners:
• Setting up walkthrough / testing meetings
• Ensuring requested information is timely provided
• Ensuring ICFR Tool information is kept up-to-date
• Ensuring (in collaboration with local management) ICFR process documentation (Risk and Control Matrices, process flowcharts and narratives) are kept up-to-date
• Ensuring (in collaboration with local management) control gap remediation actions are completed timely and accurately

Profiel

• Above 5 years of working experience in a similar role, such as internal controls, auditing, or a related field
• Shared Service Center exposure is a pré
• OSO Framework 2013
• Experience with SOX / PCAOB is pre
• Experience with Blackline is a plus
• Very strong and demonstrated conceptual skills in process design and analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong Project Management and reporting skills
• Strong Organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in English
• You have a valid work permit or an EU passport
• You are located in the area of Eindhoven, or willing to relocate (no relocation support provided)
• You are 40 hours per week available

• Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
• Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
• Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen working between 9 am to 2 pm.
• Month end meetings/gatherings: Different themes, event coordination team organising events. Teams also organise a lot of events within themselves more frequently (potlucks, lunches, etc.)
• Fridays are usually the dress casually days

• Work from home allowance: This is currently 2 euros a day to contribute towards electricity/heating and such things that we utilise while we work from home
