Payroll Advisory Director - Employer Solutions

A leading Top 10 Accounting Practice located in Central London is recruiting for a Payroll Advisory Director to join their Employer Solutions group inclusive of Global Mobility, Rewards, Employment Tax.

This is a significant key stakeholder position within the Employer Solutions team where you'll be tasked with strengthening the relationship between Employment Tax consultancy and Payroll deliverables; leading and transforming the existing UK payroll offering; building out market share and much more!

Required experience in the below expertise/competencies:

• Parental leave
• Shadow payroll issues (equity payments, expat payrolls)
• National Minimum Wage compliance
• Off payroll workers / requirements for those inside IR35
• Salary Sacrifice - including auto enrolment / pension advice
• Assist clients with payroll transformation - vendor selection etc.
• Assist clients with payroll health checks - review of processes, data collection, outputs
• Advise clients on their strategy including technology, process optimisation, employee experience

Your experience:

• Experience of running UK payroll delivery teams
• Ability to lead and transform the existing UK payroll offering
• Winning clients, managing engagements, growing out market share

This Director position has tangible progression to Partner.
