Product Control Business Analyst - Global Financial Services Provider

Our client, a global financial services provider dedicated to connecting customers to opportunities, is seeking a Product Control Business Analyst to join their team in Krakow, Poland and contribute to the transformation of their Product Control function.

Position Overview

The Product Control Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving organizational change, process improvement, and technology enhancement within the Product Control function, collaborating closely with Finance, Product Control, and IT teams to deliver high-quality project analysis and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality project analysis and documentation
• Coordinate user acceptance tests and ensure timely completion
• Communicate effectively with Finance, Product Control, and IT teams
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements and processes
• Drive organizational change, process improvement, and technology enhancement

Requirements

• Prior experience in Global Banking and Markets
• Accounting qualification preferred
• Minimum of two years of project delivery experience
• Good understanding of the project lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Self-motivated attitude and ability to work collaboratively
