As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's recruitment and workforce management activities, collaborating closely with various internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient processes and effective communication.

Position Overview
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's recruitment and workforce management activities, collaborating closely with various internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient processes and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Request HAT and Position ID for new hires
- Manage reporting line changes and cost centre updates
- Coordinate equipment, VDI, and RSA tokens for contractors
- Open requisitions for contingent and permanent roles
- Schedule interviews and collaborate with hiring managers and agencies
- Create work orders and facilitate timely onboarding processes
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies
- Participate in recruitment catch-up meetings and provide updates
- Host weekly calls with vendor management team
- Resolve recruitment-related queries and provide efficient solutions
- Collaborate with Procurement on agency onboarding and queries
- Prepare and submit monthly accruals to Finance
- Proven experience in a similar PMO or recruitment support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
