Job Description
In this position, you will gain experience in one of the following areas:
- Preparing billings for tax and immigration services provided by various Vialto territories,
- Issuing invoices in the SAP system and delivering them electronically to individual clients,
- Analyzing data contained in reports from financial systems and aggregate databases,
- Communicating with internal clients regarding the execution of assignments.
Additionally, you will develop skills in:
- Practical use of foreign languages in daily work, both spoken and written,
- Database management and financial report analysis,
- Optimizing existing processes and integrating new ones,
- Close teamwork to ensure high-quality services,
- Working in an international environment,
- Managing priorities in changing conditions.
Qualifications
- Fluent English is a must
- Relevant Education or experiences
- Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions
- Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
- High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role
Additional information
- This role is open in a hybrid working model with 1 time a month visit to our office in Opole
- This is an entry-level position, we invite all those who would like to start their careers in Global Mobility!
