Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor's report that includes the auditor's opinion.

Assurance Intern

• Open to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Amenable to a full-time intern role (8 hours per day), Mondays - Fridays

Digital Assurance and Transparency (DAT) Intern

• Graduating student of BS Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Internal Audit, Accountancy or other business-related course
• Open to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Amenable to a full-time intern role (8 hours per day), Mondays - Friday

Roles and responsibilities:

• Attend on-the-job training, coaching and team learning sessions.
• Attend team and sector huddles and help the AC Manila team perform certain audit engagements and administrative tasks.
• Develop good working relationships with AC Manila team members.
• Perform audit procedures, controls testing and use professional audit judgment, professional skepticism, and analytical thinking with guidance from AC Manila team members
