We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to create compelling, accurate, and well-structured content for our company’s annual report. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of financial and corporate reporting, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, engaging narratives. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and adherence to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Research and write content for various sections of the annual report, including the company overview, sustainability initiatives, management discussions, and future strategies.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret financial and operational data, transforming it into reader-friendly language without losing accuracy or context.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client internal teams to gather inputs and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all content.
  • Storytelling: Craft narratives that highlight company achievements, vision, and values, aligning with brand voice and messaging.
  • Visual Coordination: Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure text complements visuals like charts, infographics, and photographs.
  • Project Management: Meet deadlines and manage revisions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate writing, preferably in annual reporting or financial content.
  • Strong understanding of financial and business terminologies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI Standards) is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing error-free content.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, corporate communication, or financial journalism.
  • Prior experience working on annual reports or similar projects for public or private organizations.
