Customer Service/Sales Officer Your new company
In this role you'll be working for a leading manufacturer of engines.
Your new role

• Process backorders as stock arrives.
• Input any credit return recharge requests
• Phone calls and emails
• It is the point of contact for our dealers and internal sales team to follow up order status and answer queries relating to stock availability and pricing on all products.
• Input and process motor sales orders and follow up with dealers receive overflow calls diverted from the reception.
• Readiness to take any other overflow tasks from the order entry/ customer service teams.
• Enter stock transfer details and complete all relevant documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous customer service experience dealing with phone calls
• Preferred to have a Business Degree
• Being tech-savvy
• Preferred to have ERP experience
• Be able to commit 100% to a full-time permanent role
