Junior Business Controller

Do you have previous business control experience? Do you like analyzing numbers and reading in between the lines? You will be working in Den Haag amongst a diverse and talented team, creating a strong partnership to help develop your career. You will be a junior business controller to oversee preparation of balance sheets and audit processes, and in this non-profit company focused on sustainability, this means working closely with donors. In this role, you will be working closely with a team of 6.

Functie

• Optimize financial records;
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets;
• Work closely with different donors in analyzing costs and budgets;
• Supporting the team in any ad-hoc processes;

Profiel

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or any relevant area;
• Minimum 1 year experience as a junior business controller or with similar responsibilities involving analyzing numbers (previous experience in a non-profit organization is a big advantage);
• Good knowledge of MS office;
• Good command of the English language in oral and writing;
• Proactive, team player, and someone that can appreciate the message behind the organization;
