This Customer Service Consultant position is with a well-established Australian customer-owned Bank, based at their Brisbane Inner City Contact Centre office.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Consultant based in a Contact Centre, you will be responsible for handling high volume inbound calls/enquiries and transactions as well as outbound follow-up activity (communication via calls predominantly, emails, live chat). You will provide support to customers within the Personal Banking space, handling customer enquiries regarding; opening accounts, internet banking, debit or credit cards, payments/transfers, fraud/theft, foreign exchange & Insurance. Ultimately, you will be identifying opportunities to assist customers with the Bank's range of products and services, and liaise with internal teams to provide solutions.

- Proven recent Customer Service experience
- Banking &/or Contact Centre experience is preferred, but also open to Retail or Receptionist experience
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced role
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Salary package of $58,000 -$62,000 + 13% Super
- 2 days work from home
