About Midcap
TP ICAP Midcap is an independent specialist investment bank dedicated to the Small and Mid Cap sector. We provide institutional research, corporate access, Sales & Trading and ECM/DCM financing solutions.
Role Overview:
As an Equity Sales individual you will be in charge of a portfolio of European institutional investors accounts and also develop our customers basis. You will have to build and maintain a close relationship with our customers and promote our services (research, market insight, corporate access and ECM transactions)

- Client relationship management
- Organization of corporate access events like roadshows, both in France and abroad
- Promoting our investments ideas
- Sourcing of trade interests (blocks)
- Promoting our ECM deals flow
Essential
- Prior experience from a similar Equity Sales position
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong interest for the Small&Mid caps sector
- Strong work ethic with a positive 'can-do' attitude and resilience
- Drive and ambition to learn and thrive in this fast-paced, high energy business
- Proficiency in IT tools (Office pack, Factset is a plus, extra-financial rating platforms)
- Additional language skills including German or Italian
